负载型非晶态Cu/SiO2催化剂的非晶性质

以超细ＳｉＯ２为载体，用ＫＢＨ４还原Ｃｕ＾２＋盐溶液制备了非负载型Ｃｕ和负载型Ｃｕ／ＳｉＯ２催化剂，ＸＲＤ，ＴＥＭ和电子衍射分析结果表明，负载型Ｃｕ／ＳｉＯ２为完全非晶态，而非负载型Ｃｕ中存在着少量晶态Ｃｕ，ＤＳＣ结果表明，非晶态Ｃｕ／ＳｉＯ２的热稳定性明显高于非负载型Ｃｕ，说明超细ＳｉＯ２具有稳定非晶结构的作用，ＸＰＳ结果表明，还原产物中的铜原子呈Ｃｕ状态，ＩＣＰ分析结果表明，样品中的Ｂ含量均低     

Analytical application of the co-fluorescence effect in detection of europium, terbium, samarium and dysprosium with time-resolved fluorimetry

Application of the co-fluorescence effect has been examined for the simultaneous detection of the lanthanide ions Eu(3+), Tb(3+), Sm(3+) and Dy(3+). In the presence of Y(3+) and 2,2'-bipyridine (BP), the fluorescence intensities of the pivaloyltrifluoroacetone chelates of these lanthanides were greatly enhanced by an inter-chelate energy transfer process. Under optimized conditions, the following detection limits were obtained; 0.019 pM for Eu(3+), 0.27 pM for Tb(3+), 3.8 pM for Sm(3+) and 20 pM for Dy(3+), when a sensitive time-resolved fluorometer was used for the measurement. A co-fluorescence based fluorescence enhancement solution was also tested in a dual-label time-resolved immunofluorometric assay of luteinizing and follicle stimulating hormones (LH and FSH) based on the use of Eu(3+) and Tb(3+) as the label ions. The present fluorometric detection system is particularly well suited for multilabel time-resolved fluorometric immunoassays utilizing two, three or four ion labels simultaneously.     

基于离子液体的炭材料制备、改性及应用

离子液体因其熔点低、液态温域宽、蒸气压低、热稳定性高、电导率高、电化学窗口宽、结构可设计及对许多化合物的亲和性等系列性能而引起人们广泛关注。离子液体在炭材料制备、改性领域展示出了良好的前景及巨大的应用潜力,可直接作为碳源,经过高温炭化实现杂原子掺杂制备多孔炭材料;离子液体也可充当反应介质和致孔剂,将生物质转化为多孔炭材料;此外,由于离子液体与炭材料相容性较好,可以用于多孔炭材料改性制备炭复合材料。基于离子液体的炭材料在电催化、超级电容器、吸附分离及生物医学等领域具有潜在的应用价值。本文总结了基于离子液体炭材料的制备、改性及应用最新研究进展,并着重介绍了其在能源和环境相关领域的应用。     

溴代及胺交联聚苯醚（PPO）膜的气体透过行为

对聚苯醚(PPO)进行了苯环溴代、甲基溴代以及胺交联,发现苯环溴代可提高O_2、N_2透过率(P),而选择性(α)基本不变。甲基溴代则相反,P降低、α有明显提高。调节两者比例可得到P、α兼优的O_2、N_2分离膜。甲基溴代后进一步胺交联可得到α更高、耐溶剂的膜材料。     

含硒杂环化合物的合成和对超氧阴离子作用的ESR研究

引言硒作为人体必需的微量元素,其主要生化作用与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶密切相关.在体内,该酶可以催化许多过氧化物的分解,并且与谷胱甘肽一起组成一个强有力的细胞防御体系,发挥其抗氧化作用.近几年来,人们发现了一种小分子有机硒化物2-苯基-1,2-苯并异硒唑酮-3(简称Ebselen)具有类似谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性.它能有效地抑制活性氧自由基的产生而引起的细胞损伤,具有良好的抗炎活性,且毒性极低(大鼠LD_(50)>6180mg/os).因而,普遍认为Ebselen及其类似物是一类具有广谱抗炎活性的潜在药物,在医药领域具有广阔的应用前景.     

胆汁酸盐对胆红素钙沉淀过程的影响

研究了六种人胆汁主要胆汁酸盐对胆红素钙沉淀形成过程的影响。用曲线拟合法处理数据取得热力学及动力学参数。结果表明,六种胆汁酸盐都表现动力学和热力学抑制,而且抑制作用有浓度依赖关系。在一定条件下出现诱导期。虽然不同胆汁酸盐的作用结果相似,但在相同条件下,二羟基胆汁酸和三羟基胆汁酸影响程度不同。     

Assembly of a supramolecular cube, [(Cp*WS3Cu3)8 Cl8(CN)12Li4] from a preformed incomplete cubane-like compound [PPh4][Cp*WS3(CuCN)3

A supramolecular cube has been formed by linking WS3Cu3 clusters with bidentate ligands. Eight WS3Cu3 clusters, which have an incomplete cubane-like structure, serve as the three connecting nodes of the cube, while 12 bridging cyanide anions coordinated to copper centers lie along the edges of the cube. Eight chloride anions and four lithium cations are located inside the cube.     

水合硫酸氢钠催化合成2-乙氧基萘

以-水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂，β-萘酚和无水乙醇为原料合成了2-乙氧基萘。优化反应条件为：β-萘酚150mmol，无水乙醇900mmol，催化剂2．0g，回流反应时间5h，产率85．5％。     

Spectroscopic Interrogation of Layer-by-layer Assembled Films of Conjugated Polyelectrolytes

Layer-by-layer fluorescent conjugated polyelectrolyte films have been studied. The photoluminescence of conjugate polyelectrolytes was observed to be highly tunable during this film assembly process. Efficient photoinduced electron transfer from thus prepared highly luminescent film to a natural electron-transfer protein cytochrome c has also been observed.
